2. Share a Few Details: After scheduling, you’ll be redirected to our “The Discory Fast Track Form” where you can answer quick discovery questions. This will take about 5 minutes. This allows us to do our homework so we can hit the ground running.
3. The Discovery Call: We’ll meet briefly to discuss your goals and see if we’re the right fit to help you grow.

Our Process
Discovery Call: 45-minute Teams video call with us.
This initial discovery session is designed to help us better understand your needs, learn more about your current setup, and explore how we may be able to help. It also gives us a chance to get to know each other and determine whether there is a good fit on both sides. In many cases, we are able to establish that by the end of the call. If it makes sense to move forward, the next natural step is for us to prepare a proposal for your review.
Proposal & Strategy Review.
Following our discovery call, we will provide a formal Letter of Understanding and a tailored proposal outlining our recommended path forward. To ensure total clarity, we’ll schedule a brief follow-up meeting to walk through the details together. This gives us the space to answer your questions, refine the scope, and ensure our proposed solutions align perfectly with your firm’s goals before moving into the partnership phase.
Approval & Kick-Off
Once we have your approval, we’ll get started right away. We’ll coordinate directly with you to scope out the onboarding process and tailor it to your specific needs. As a solo practitioner, you are our main point of contact, and we’ll keep the process simple and efficient to minimize any disruption to your work. We need very little input from your side, and it’s more a click and install an initial agent, after which we do the rest.
Pre-Engagement and Discovery
During this phase, we will schedule a session to introduce you to our team and provide more details about how we’ll work together. We understand your time is valuable, so this session is designed to be concise and focused on addressing your immediate needs and long-term goals. (15-20 min watercooler meet-and-greet) or as much time as you need.
Implementation
During this phase, we will deploy our Security Tool Stack included in the Secure Core Plan, ensuring your systems are protected and optimized. We’ll guide you through the process as we go, explaining each step to ensure you’re comfortable and informed.
If the Enterprise Password Manager was chosen, we will help you implement it with a hands-on training session to ensure its practical and easy for you to use in your daily workflow.
Monitoring and Maintenance
Once we deploy our security stack, we will continue working in the background over the next few weeks, focusing on optimizing the Microsoft backend and fine-tuning our tools. During this time, we invest extra effort to ensure your systems are running smoothly, reducing the likelihood of surprise maintenance later.
This is not a one-time process but an ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving your technology environment. Our approach ensures that your systems remain secure, efficient, and up to date over the long term. We proactively monitor and address potential issues before they become problems, giving you the peace of mind to focus on your practice.
Of course, we remain available to you for routine helpdesk support as outlined in the agreement, ensuring that any immediate needs are promptly addressed.
